Avocado & Shortcut Beet Hummus Toast. Focaccia bread, beetroot hummus, avocado slice, roasted chickpeas, crumble feta cheese.

Traditional Cypriot Brunch. Fried eggs, halloumi, unsalted anari cheese, cured pork loin, olives, fresh tomatoes and bread from yeast origin. Served with jam.

Salmon Club Sandwich. Toasted wholemeal bread, cream cheese, smoked salmon, lime zest, fresh lettuce. Served with salad.

Shakshuka. Poached eggs in a slow-cooked tomato, smoked pepper and sweet onion sauce, finished with feta crumble, coriander and bread from yeast origin.

Salmon Benedict. English muffin, cream cheese, lime zest mayo, sauté spinach, mous avocado, baby rocket, smoked salmon, poached egg covered in hollandaise sauce.

Bagel. Fresh bagel, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mous avocado, halloumi cheese, crispy bacon, baby rocket and fried egg.

Healthy Bowl. Variety of fresh seasonal fruits, granola, yoghurt and honey.

Peach Toast. Sweet bread toasted, unsalted anari cheese, caramelized peaches and roasted pecans.

Ciabatta Club Sandwich. Toasted ciabatta bread, chicken with mayonnaise and English mustard, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, pork bacon and fried eggs. Served with fresh fries.

Savory Toast. Brioche toast, cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, baby rocket, crunchy bacon chunks, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.

Yogurt & Forest Berry Pancakes. Fluffy pancakes with yoghurt cream & berries.

Banoffee Pancake. Fluffy pancakes, toffee caramel, caramelized bananas, hazelnut praline, wiped cream.

Nocciolata Pancake. Nutella spread with caramelized hazelnuts and crushed biscuits.
